Allegiance Health Management (AHM) is proud to announce that Kathy Hall has been named as the new CEO for Northern Louisiana Medical Center (NLMC). Kathy has over 15 years of experience in healthcare and is a great asset within the Allegiance Health Management system. She most recently served as the CEO for Winn Parish Medical Center and prior to that, as the Chief Operating Officer for Bienville Medical Center. Kathy is married to Jodie and has one son, Hunter Hall, who is an internal medicine resident doctor in New Orleans. All three are proud Louisiana Tech graduates. Kathy will continue to focus on and ensure high quality health care in our Ruston hospital. She has an invested interest in the community and is a long time resident of Ruston. Kathy had this to say, “My goal is to improve the quality of care at NLMC and elevate the focus on customer service. This is our community hospital. This is where our children are born, where our friends and families come for medical attention in their time of need, and it’s a place where we all may have to visit at some point in our lifetime. I want NLMC to be the community hospital Ruston and our surrounding communities expect and deserve. Together, we are going to make that happen.”
Allegiance Health Management (AHM) purchased Northern Louisiana Medical Center in July 2020. AHM manages fifteen hospitals in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas with eleven located throughout Louisiana. These facilities offer a range of inpatient and outpatient services including post-acute care and behavioral health services. AHM’s goal is to provide continuum of care for our patients by adding home health care and hospice services in many of these communities. Their focus is to bring quality health care to rural communities close to home for our patients. Allegiance plans to make many improvements to Northern Louisiana Medical Center and will be expanding with new specialties and services to better serve our community.
